All prices are expressed in euros (including VAT). The seller reserves the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. - Age restrictions
The sale of alcoholic beverages is permitted only to persons over the age of 18. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. - Order process
- The customer selects products and adds them to the cart.
- The order is confirmed by email.
- The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Seller confirms the order.
- Payment
Possible payment methods: cards, bank transfer. Payment is made according to the terms and conditions stated on the page. - Delivery
Delivery is made via GLS courier service in the Republic of Croatia/EU. Delivery costs are indicated upon purchase. Delivery times are indicated in the Delivery Terms. - Returns and complaints
The buyer has the right, without giving any reason, to terminate the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product (except for products that have been opened or partially used). The return is made at the buyer's expense. Complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. - Responsibility
The seller is not responsible for any technical difficulties when using the site or for damages caused by improper use of the product. - Dispute resolution
Any disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of impossibility of agreement, the court in Šibenik is competent. - Changes to terms and conditions
The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms of Use. Users will be notified of any changes via the website.
