VINIFICATION
Plavina wine is made from grapes grown in the surroundings of Šibenik, where the Mediterranean climate and Dalmatian soil enable the production of fresh, authentic wines with a distinctive varietal character. The grapes are hand-harvested, followed by a classic fermentation lasting 7-10 days in open stainless steel tanks. The young wine is aged in stainless steel tanks until the first racking, after which it matures for 6 months in 225-liter French oak barrels. Once optimal maturity is reached, the wine is bottled in 0.75 L bottles.
